Prepaying 12 months is discounted 15% off the monthly price on every plan. Pro also unlocks a stronger LLM model tier for digest summaries.
Free trial
Every new workspace starts with a 14-day trial at full Team-plan limits, no payment details needed. The trial also carries 300 credits — roughly a thousand tweets watched per credit — and ends on whichever runs out first, days or credits. Each workspace is billed on its own, so a plan bought for one doesn't cover another, and a workspace you add later starts on its own trial. Paid plans carry a monthly fair-use allowance too — 200 credits on Starter, 700 on Team, 1700 on Pro — which resets at the start of each month. The Billing page shows the balance either way. Watching a handful of accounts, you'll never come close; pointing it at hundreds of high-volume accounts will use them up faster, which is usually the moment it's clear the product is worth paying for. After the trial or a paid term lapses, there's a 3-day grace period with a banner showing the days left before the workspace becomes read-only for new creations — existing data and deliveries aren't affected.
Paying
Paid plans are purchased by prepaying with USDC for 3, 6, or 12 months upfront — the 12-month option carries a 15% discount. On the Billing page, pick a plan, a term, and a network (Base or Arbitrum One), send the exact amount shown in native USDC to the address displayed, then paste the transaction hash back into the page — ListRadar confirms it on-chain and extends your plan. Prepayments stack: submitting another one while a term is still running adds to the existing expiry rather than replacing it. That is also how you change plans — prepay for a different plan and the workspace switches to it as soon as the payment is confirmed, with the new months added on top of the current expiry. Nothing renews automatically; when a term runs out, prepay again to continue.
Downgrading
Downgrading never deletes or retroactively restricts anything you already created. It only stops what a workspace can newly do: creation limits (like watchlist count) apply only to creating something new, so a workspace with more watchlists than its new plan allows keeps every one of them — it just can't create another until it upgrades again. Live features enforced at run time, like alerts and schedule cadence, stop the moment a plan no longer includes them — existing alert rules and schedules stay in place but simply won't fire if the new plan doesn't cover their cadence.
Data retention (tweets and alerts kept for 30 days) is the same for every plan and state.
