Terms of Service

The service

ListRadar monitors X (Twitter) accounts and keywords on your behalf, summarizes new activity with an LLM on a schedule you choose, and delivers alerts and digests to the chat channels you connect.

Accounts

You're responsible for the workspace you create and for keeping your account credentials secure. Each workspace has one owner and any number of admins and members; the owner role can't be transferred or removed.

Acceptable use

You may not use ListRadar to scrape, resell, or redistribute the service's own output or underlying data as a standalone product, or to circumvent its plan limits. We may suspend a workspace that violates this section.

Billing and refunds

Paid plans are purchased as USDC prepayments for a fixed term. A prepayment is non-refundable once confirmed on-chain, except where required by law. Access continues until the end of the paid term; to continue afterwards, submit a new prepayment.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time; a prepaid term simply runs to its end and nothing renews. We may suspend or terminate a workspace for violating these terms, subject to the grace period described in the billing documentation.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListRadar's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
