Privacy Policy

Data we collect

• Account information — your e-mail address, via our authentication provider, Clerk.
• Workspace configuration — the watchlists, channels, alert rules, and schedules you create.
• Fetched public content — public tweets from the X accounts in your watchlists, kept for 30 days.
• Usage metrics — counts and costs associated with running your workspace (tweets fetched, API calls, LLM tokens).
• Payment records — the plan, term, amount, network, and transaction hash of each USDC prepayment. ListRadar never holds wallet private keys, and it never sees card details because it doesn't take cards.

Who processes it

We use the following processors to run the service:

• Clerk — authentication and account management.
• Public blockchain RPC providers (the Base and Arbitrum One public endpoints, or an operator-configured provider) — used to verify a USDC prepayment. USDC is received directly at a wallet address controlled by ListRadar, so no third-party payment processor is involved; verification looks up only the transaction hash you paste, and that transaction is already public on-chain.
• Resend — transactional e-mail (invitations, reminders, failure notices).
• A third-party X (Twitter) data provider — fetching the public posts of the accounts in your watchlists. It receives only those account handles and list IDs, which are public, never anything about you or your workspace.
• An LLM provider — generating digest summaries. It receives only the fetched public posts being summarized, never your account information or workspace configuration.
• Our hosting provider — running the application and storing your data.

Retention

Fetched tweets and alert matches are kept for 30 days and then deleted automatically, regardless of your plan. Workspace configuration and account data are kept for as long as your workspace exists.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or export your workspace's configuration, by contacting us using the address below.
